Very clean hotel staff very friendly, had a full kitchen with fridge n micro. Great for the money
We liked the way people at the reception helped us, thank you Ms. Ricke
I would like to recomentd a little more cleaning and some basics bathroom improvement.
Location was great and hotel staff were very kind.
Air conditioning could be less noisy and bathroom could have a door
Not being there... Could have stayed on the beach would have been better!
Needs a good cleaning wasn't clean at all , beds very hard. The hotel does not work on sundays so no room cleaning or fresh towels. We begged and begged for towels sunday the cleaning ladies were in room next to us getting room ready we ask for towels they said they don't work on sundays well what do you think you are doing there. Had this been mentioned I would have not book with them they should double up on fresh linens on saturday. I might would have paid 19.95 a night we found plenty of clean hotels that would have met that price. Your pis are not what to expect. I will never book there ever again or use Booked.net. That was the worst 202.00 I spent well wasted ruined our trip. I was embarrassed when my friend saw this room .
This being my first visit to Florida, I did not know what to expect. But of all the four motels during this visit, the Seaside Motel was the most memorable. This Hotel is one of several within the Sable Resorts. The vivid Mediterranean yellow of all the buildings coupled with the plushy green abundance of foliage and blooming trees is inviting. One of the managers, Mary, she is from France, greeted us and made us feel welcomed. She showed us our room, we stayed in the studio unit, and it was clean and just felt like home. The Hotel offers coffee in the manager's office and Rikki's strong black European style coffee was enjoyed by me and my husband. These units are within walking distance from the beach and part of the downtown Fort Lauderdale area. There are numerous restaurants and some with live music. If you are taking a day cruise, the hotel is just minutes away from the pier. This Hotel is in a perfect location because you are close to everything but also far enough away from the city congestion to get a good night's sleep. There is no smoking in the rooms, but you can sit out on the patio and enjoy talking and getting to know your neighbors. There is free Internet access, but sometimes you need to find the "sweet spot" for it to work. If you are looking for a Ritz Carlton, then stay at the Ritz Carlton. But, if you are looking for a good value for your money along with that welcoming family feeling and a clean room, then stay here. I would definitely stay here again.
Great location, excellent staff, fantastic price.
It would be nice if they changed out the old coke machine next to the pool. It is the 21st century, we have bottles now. Cans are a bit dated. The room above the managers office had very poor WiFi reception. When I went to a friends room on the other side, the reception was great.
Great location, close to the beach and right across the street from a new W hotel with great lounge and swimming pool area.
AC is too loud, had to turn it off at night. But overall, its ok.
The staff was very helpful and friendly, the room was cozy and the pool was nice.
Great Location, Friendly Staff, Easy Parking
Room had tons of light shining in the morning, with white blinds...
Good location, quiet street near the bars / restaurants, pool, free coffee, free parking
We stayed here twice - the first room was a deathtrap! No lightbulbs (why) hanging wires, dodgy aircon fan and electricity went off as it was connected to next door and they tripped the power!!! We changed travel plans and returned to motel a week later because of location and price, (and on the promise of a nicer room). New room was fine. You pay for what you get - if you want luxury The Ritz Charlton is 2 blocks away.
The cleaning lady had folded the towels to be as fans! I thought it was absolutely marvelous and memorable! The beds were comfy, the staff was excellent and helpful, the pool was brilliant, the cooler worked like a charm and i'm definitely going back there if i ever pay Fort Lauderdale a visit again. I'm sure i will. All in all i felt safe and looked after.
The great location, just one block to the beach and four blocks to the restaurant area; the super friendly staff that solved every problem we had; the free parking; the fast free wifi internet access; the pool.
The hotel facilities are old and they don't have breakfast.
Great location for the price! Most hotels in the area are 2x-3x the price.
Bed were a little uncomfortable, but for the price the hotel is a deal. Great location.
Great location, great price, nice & quiet..staff were really friendly and very willing to help you with anything you needed...could do with a lick of paint but definitely a livable and very basic space to stay in.
There was nothing that I didn't like, but it could do with a redecoration..otherwise no problems or complaints at all.
Convenient location to lots of restaurants and walking distance to the beach.
If I really had to complain, the shower pressure wasn't as high as I hoped for.
